The petitioner was appointed on the post of Registration Clerk in the Registrar office in the year 1991 and he was superannuated from his service 30.06.2023. It is argued that though the petitioner is entitled for IInd and IIIrd A.C.P. after completion of 24 and 26 years of service. It i argued that in this regard, a representation dated 24.04.2026 has been given by the petitioner before the respondents but till date no decison has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that in case, the petitioner will submit fresh representation before the respondent No.2/Inspector General, Registration U.P. Prayagraj, respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent No.2/Inspector General, Registration U.P. Prayagraj along with necessary documents and papers as well as certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abhinav Tripathi, Prashant Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Jagdish Prasad .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) petitioner does so, the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter unless there is no legal impediment.
