The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23560/2023(S-KSAT). 2. The Court had set-aside the endorsement dated 20.01.2023 and had directed the accused to consider the complainant's representation dated 23.06.2022 in light of the Government Order dated 17.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. The accused has filed a compliance affidavit affirming that the complainant's representation to accord him promotion as an Assistant Director under the quota reserved for 'differently abled government servant' was considered. It is affirmed that the promotion as Assistant Director under the quota differently abled persons is to be considered against Roster Point No.5, 30, 55 and 82 in a cycle of 100 Roster Points. The Roster Point No.5 has already been filled up and the next Roster Point available is 30.
