The respective parties have filed a joint memo stating that the petitioner and the respondent have agreed to settle the dispute. Accordingly, petitioner/accused has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.3,12,500/- to the respondent as full and final settlement. Out of the settlement amount, Rs.1,67,500/- is in deposit before the Trial Court. For the balance amount of Rs.1,45,000/-; the petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.75,000/- by way of DD on or before 20.08.2026 and an amount of Rs.70,000/- to be paid on or before 20.10.2026 by way of DD to the respondent. The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the amount in deposit before the Trial Court by the respondent. In Crl.R.P.No.1229/2024 The petitioners and the respondent along with their respective counsel are present before the Court. The respective parties have filed a joint memo stating that the petitioner and the respondent have agreed to settle the dispute. Out of the settlement amount, Rs.1,52,500/- is in deposit before the Trial Court.
