By way of filing these instant petitions, a prayer has been made to quash the proceedings of impugned FIR No.364/2016, registered with Police Station Nayapura, District Kota City for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 454, 427, 464, 467, 468, 471 & 120B IPC. 2. At the outset learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report received from SHO, Police Station Nayapura, Kota, submits that charge-sheet was submitted against the accused persons on 17.08.2017 before the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.7, Kota, where, parties have settled their dispute through ADR scheme and accordingly, the matter has been closed vide order dated 28.09.2024. He further submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue the instant petitions as the same have become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant petitions are dismissed as rendered infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
