1. Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondent Nos. 5 to 9 to forthwith implement and execute the order dated 18.03.2024 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division in Case No. 319/A-70/2022-23 as well as the consequential orders passed by the Revenue Authorities, Tahsil- Masturi for hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the remaining 0.07 acre of land bearing Khasra No. 524/2 situated at Village Malhar, Tahsil Masturi, District Bilaspur to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to remove the unauthorized occupation/construction standing over the petitioner's land, if required in accordance with law, for effective implementation of the aforesaid orders. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem-fit and appropriate.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking implementation of the order dated 18.03.2024 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, in Case No. 319/A-70/2022-23, whereby an

order has been passed in favour of the petitioner. It is submitted that despite the said order and consequential proceedings before the revenue authorities, the petitioner has not yet been handed over vacant and peaceful possession of the remaining 0.07 acre of land bearing Khasra No. 524/2 situated at Village Malhar, Tahsil Masturi, District Bilaspur. It is, therefore, submitted that the petitioner has been deprived of the fruits of the order passed in his favour.

Learned State counsel submits that, if the petitioner submits an appropriate application before the competent Tahsildar for implementation/execution of the order dated 18.03.2024, the competent authority shall consider the same and, if there is no legal impediment, take appropriate steps for handing over possession to the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the fact that the original order in favour of the petitioner was passed as far back as on 18.03.2024, the petition is
disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application before the competent Tahsildar for implementation of the order dated 18.03.2024 and consequential orders, in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from today.
6. In the event such an application is filed, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously and, if there is
4 no legal impediment, ensure compliance of the order dated 18.03.2024 and consequential orders, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of such application.
7. The competent authority shall also consider the claim of the petitioner for delivery of possession in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code,
1959.
