Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Present writ petition is filed, inter alia, assailing two criminal prosecutions one is Panskura P.S. Case No. 416 of 2026 dated 6th June, 2026 and another is Panskura P.S. Case No. 463 of 2026 dated 17th June, 2026. 3. However, Mr. Ayan Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate representing petitioner submits that in connection with Panskura P.S. Case No. 416 of 2026 petitioner has obtained pre-arrest bail. Therefore, present writ petition is being pressed in connection with Panskura P.S. Case No. 463 of 2026 dated 17th June, 2026. 2 4. Mr. Mayukh Mukherjee, learned advocate representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 27th July, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station and same is taken on record. 5. It is disclosed in the communication dated 27th July, 2026 that on completing investigation in Panskura P.S. Case No. 463 of 2026 dated 17th June, 2026 charge sheet was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 30th June, 2026. 6. In view of filing of charge sheet no further order need be passed in this writ petition in connection with Panskura P.S. Case No. 463 of 2026 dated 17th June, 2026. 7. However, considering the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner Deputy Inspector General of Police (Legal) is directed to inform the petitioner by 10 days from date, if any other criminal prosecutions are pending against the petitioner as on date apart from criminal prosecutions which are disclosed in the present writ petition. 8. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised. 9. Writ petition stands disposed of. 3 10.
