Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das, ld. APP Ms. Priti Kar Bagchi
… for the State-respondent(s)
Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for five years two months and is suffering from serious aliment. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that, in the present case, arguments are being advanced before the learned trial court. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However, so far s the medical document is concerned, if any application is preferred before the learned
2 trial court, the learned trial court would pass necessary direction. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1592 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
