Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the present Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 petition is not maintainable as the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of approaching the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), which remedy has not been availed of by the petitioner. 3. In view of the availability of an efficacious alternative remedy before the concerned DRT and the fact that the petitioner has not approached the said forum, this Court is of the considered view that the present petition is not maintainable. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy before the concerned DRT in accordance with law.
