Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.33, dated 27.02.2026, under Sections 333, 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 191(3), 190, 324(3), 305 of BNS (sections 452, 323, 324, 326, 148, 149, 425, 380 of IPC), registered at Police Station Behram, District SBS Nagar. 2. Complainant-Gurnam Ram, got the FIR registered alleging that on 24.02.2026 at about 10:30 PM, after having dinner and closing the gate of his house, the accused persons, namely Lubhaya Ram @ Labha (present petitioner), armed with kirpan, Akash, also armed with kirpan, along with 7–8 other individuals carrying kirpans, datars, and sticks, forcibly entered the house of the complainant. Specifically, injured Abhishek is stated to have suffered injuries at the hands of the present petitioner with a kirpan. 3. Allegations further indicate that all the accused persons entered the complainant’s house at night while armed with deadly weapons. Genesis of the dispute is stated to be an earlier incident dated 20.02.2026, when, during the marriage of the complainant’s daughter, a quarrel had taken place between the complainant’s sons, Abhishek and Sahil, and the present petitioner regarding the parking of a vehicle. 4. In view of the nature and gravity of the allegations, manner of occurrence, and specific role attributed to the petitioner, this Court does not find any substantial ground to extend the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the present case.
