At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that she is withdrawing the aforesaid writ petitions (WPS No. 5779 of 2019, WPS No. 5700 of 2019 & WPS No. 5845 of 2019) with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with additional material. 2. Accordingly, the aforesaid Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. WPS No.5233 of 2019, WPS No.5691 of 2019, WPS No. 5716 of 2019, WPS No.5763 of 2019, WPS No. 5812 of 2019, WPS No. 5814 of 2019, WPS No. 5816 of 2019, WPS No. 5865 of 2019, WPS No. 6313 of 2019 & WPS No. 7911 of 2019 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that in a batch of writ petitions viz. WPS No.2310/2019 (Sanjay Kumar Bhagat Vs. State of CG & others and other connected matters) decided on 24.11.2025, this Court has directed for consideration of the similarly 11 situated Training Officer, in which this Court has issued directions in paras-4, 5 & 6 which read thus:- “4.Having considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties, particularly considering that similar batch writ petitions have been allowed by the Co-ordinate Bench in WPS No.3218/2016 and other connected matters, further considering that present petitioners have served for substantial period as a ITI(Instructor)/Training Officer (ITI) and as per instruction submission of the petitioners they were recruited and selected through regular advertisement, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these writ petitions in terms of order dated 18.03.2025 passed in WPS No.3218/2016 and other connected matters. 5. The State Authorities are also directed to examine case of petitioners, individually, as to whether they fulfill requisite criteria for regularization/selection for the concerned posts and thereafter the Authorities shall comply the directions given by the Co-ordinate Bench in order dated 18.03.2025. 6.With the aforesaid direction, these petitions are disposed of in terms of order dated 18.03.2025 passed in WPS No.3218/2016.” 4. Lastly, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the remaining Writ Petitions may be disposed of in the same terms. 5. On the other hand, learned State Counsel would submit that recommendations would be considered in accordance with law provided the petitioners are in service. 6. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, the remaining Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Bhagat, referred to above. However, it is directed that the State Authorities shall examine the case of the petitioners individually, as stated above. 12 7.
