At the time of call accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. 2. However, State respondents and respondent nos.4 & 5 are represented by learned advocates. 3. No purpose would be sub-served in keeping this writ petition pending since steps have been taken by the concerned police authorities as it is disclosed in the communication dated 27th July, 2026 of Inspector-in- Charge, Joynagar Police Station. Hence, prayer for adjournment is refused. 4. Aforesaid communication dated 27th July, 2026 filed on behalf of the State respondents is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 27th July, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 5. It is disclosed in the communication dated 27th July, 2026 that based on the complaint dated 10th June, 2026 an FIR was registered being Joynagar Police Station Case No.797/2026 dated 22nd July, 2026. 6. In view of steps taken by the concerned police authorities, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8.
