31.07.2026 Court No.35. D/L.18. Rakib (Rejected) CRM (A) 1552 of 2026 In Re: An Application for Anticipatory Bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Nowda Police Station case no. 112 of 2025 dated 10.05.2025 under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/336(3)/340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. And In the matter of : Sujoy Mondal @ Sujay Mondal. ……Petitioner. Mr. Asraf Mondal .....for the Petitioner. Mr. Dr. Pradipp Banerjee, Ld. APP Mr. Sankalpa Bhattacharjee ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that because of non-repayment of loan the present case has been initiated with a different set of facts. Learned advocate appearing for the State produces the Case Diary and submits that fake appointment letters have been seized by the investigating agency. Having regard to the facts of the case, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 1552 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application (s), if any, is consequently disposed of. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
