Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109, 85 and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner along with other co- accused persons administered intoxicant to informant and brutally assaulted her and stabbed dagger in her private part of the body . 4.
