The present M.C.C. has been filed seeking restoration of M.C.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the duly executed vakalatnama could not be filed earlier due to the non-availability of the authorized signatory. He further submits that the vakalatnama shall be filed during the course of the day. 3. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present M.C.C. is allowed. Subject to the applicant fil- ing the duly executed Vakalatnama in M.C.C.
