The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in interfering with the digging activity of a fish tank in respect of the petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac.2.56 cents, comprising Ac.1.06 cents and Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.246-2 of Sitalam Kondepadu Village, Ganapavaram Mandal, West Godavari District. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.2 has granted a license in favour of the petitioner for a New Fresh Water Aquaculture Farm (within the Aquazone). Initially, the said license was granted on 30.05.2025 in favour of one Rudra Kumar Ganesh, the petitioner’s vendor. After the said permission, the petitioner purchased the subject land from the said Rudra Kumar Ganesh for valuable consideration vide registered sale deeds dated 16.09.2025. After purchasing the subject land, the petitioner sought transfer of the license in his favour. Respondent No.2 issued proceedings dated 25.04.2026 transferring the license in the name of the petitioner. 4. In Pursuance of the same, the petitioner commenced the digging activity. However, respondent Nos.4 and 5 are interfering with the said digging activity at the behest of respondent No.6. Hence, the instant writ petition. 3 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for respondents submits that respondent Nos.4 and 5 have never interfered with the digging activity undertaken by the petitioner. It is further submitted that, if any, dispute is between the petitioner and respondent No.6 and is purely civil in nature. The official respondents have never interfered with digging activity nor the aquaculture activity of the petitioner in respect of the subject land. 6. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner that the official respondents are interfering with his aquaculture activity, is resolved. There shall be no order as to costs.
