This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“……..declaring the inaction of the respondents in not the petitioners representation Dt.21.04.2026 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioners representation Dt.21.04.2026, and to pass.…….”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to work-out his remedies available in Law. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is present. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by reserving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
