Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, and on careful consideration of the representations at Annexures-A and B, would indicate that, a fresh survey is required to be made in the presence of the petitioner and all other persons concerned as to the land in question, since the petitioner and other persons are being aggrieved by the same. 4. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to conduct re-survey of the land in question in the presence of the jurisdictional ADLR on 20.08.2026 at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the petitioner and all other persons concerned as to the land in question. 5.
