1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to decide his pending application praying therein that he be allowed to run his KIOSK centre from other place.
2.
Brief facts of the case are that the respondent bank had sanctioned the work order through business correspondence and was allotted the KIOSK ID to run from Singhanpur Area on 12.09.2025 and the petitioner worked till February, 2026 but subsequently the respondent bank closed his KIOSK ID without noticing the petitioner or without considering his application, hence this petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the KIOSK has been closed without noticing the petitioner or without considering his application, which has been filed by the petitioner vide letter dated 22.04.2026 along with other applications. It has been argued that the petitioner has already made application stating therein that the place from which the petitioner was directed to run KIOSK is technically not a good place, as there is internet connection problem as well as other technical problems as such the petitioner has requested the Authorities to allow him to run the KIOSK centre from other suitable place, but the same is still pending consideration and inspite of that his KIOSK ID No.3NIC1718 has been closed, which is arbitrary and illegal.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent bank submits that they will file their return.

5. Be that as it may, the concerned Bank is directed to forthwith continue the KIOSK ID of the petitioner, which has been suspended and thereafter to decide the pending application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of 10 days from today. The concerned Bank is also directed to open the KIOSK ID granted to the petitioner by tomorrow.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Nirala
