The petitioner has filed the instant contempt petition alleging non-compliance of the order dated 15.09.2025 as the respondents have not yet decided the representation submitted by the petitioner. 2. Admittedly, the grievance of the petitioner is regarding the measurement of the land and the encroachment done by the private respondent. However, he took an order in his favour in the light of the case in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1665/2024 titled as ‘Pawan Meena Vs. After perusing the matter available on record, it appears that the petitioner has not availed alternative remedy available under the law. In view thereof, no case for contempt is made out. 4. This Court is not inclined to entertain in the present contempt petition. The petitioner is relegated to avail the appropriate alternative remedy in accordance with law. 5.
