He also submits that the petitioner or the petitioner?s attendant was required to furnish an undertaking for the said purpose, but on the petitioner?s request, the patient was discharged against medical advice. He further submits that in any case, AIIMS is open to undertake the biopsy of the petitioner, however, the same has to be rescheduled on the request of the petitioner. 2. If the petitioner, so desires, he shall be at liberty to make a request to the AIIMS for rescheduling of the biopsy and on the petitioner?s undertaking This is a digitally signed order.
