With the appearance of Mr. Pir Bashir ullah, Advocate caveat as lodged shall stand discharged. 2. The petitioner though not a party to the proceedings initiated by the respondent No. 2 against her husband and others, has filed this petition for quashing order dated 14-08-2026 whereby CDPO concerned has been appointed as Protection Officer and respondent No. 1 who happens to be son of the petitioner has been directed to provide one room and kitchen in the share household where she allegedly resides with him after marriage. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently submitted that the petitioner though not a party to the proceedings but she is P a g e | 2 CM(M) 431/2026 CM(6488/2026) Caveat 2111/2026 ready to bear all the expenses and even the petitioner can reside in other home owned by him jointly with one Nazir Ahmad Lone. 4. Issue notice to the respondents. 5. Mr. Pir Bashir ullah, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that let the petitioner be arrayed as the respondent in the proceedings pending before the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)/JMIC Srinagar (for short the trial court) and the petitioner can accordingly submit her response and can plead what she has pleaded in the present petition. 6. In view of the above, the petitioner is arrayed as respondent No. 4 in the proceedings pending before the trial court and the petitioner is left free to plead her case before the learned trial court and in the event any such response is filed by the petitioner as pleaded in the present petition, the learned trial court shall consider the same in accordance with law. 7.
