CONCILIATION ORDER
Learned Counsel for the appellant, the representative of the Insurance Company and the learned Counsel for the claimants are present. 2. A joint memo is on record regarding the settlement between the claimants and the Insurance Company which reflects that the parties have settled for a lumpsum amount of Rs.16,50,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) as against the award of the Tribunal, including the amount already deposited in compliance of stay without disturbing the
3 apportionment made with regard to the negligence of the deceased in full and final settlement of the claim. 3. The appellant –Insurance Company has agreed to deposit the said amount before the Tribunal within six weeks from the date of preparation of the award, after adjusting the amount which has been already deposited in compliance of stay, failing which, the said amount shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of default, till the date of deposit.
The amount if any, deposited before this Court shall be transferred to the Tribunal. 4. The memo is accepted and in view of the settlement, this appeal is disposed of. It is directed that the award be prepared no later than two months from today. The amount shall be digitally released to the respective Bank accounts of the claimants according to their shares before the Tribunal. Sd/- JUDGE
