A case is made out in this writ petition seeking direction upon the concerned police authorities which would enable the petitioner to enter into his shop and run his business. It is alleged that petitioner is prevented after declaration of result of Assembly Election, 2026 to run his shop thereby compelling the petitioner to approach this Court with the present writ petition. 3. Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing State respondents has filed a communication dated 23rd July, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge, Phoolbagan Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner. 2 4. It is disclosed in the communication that against the petitioner two criminal prosecutions are pending one is phoolbagan P.S. Case No. 84 of 2026 dated 21st May, 2026 and another is Phoolbagan P.S. Case No. 88 of 2026 dated 23rd May, 2026. 5. It also transpires from the said communication that petitioner along with other accused persons surrendered before Court below and was enlarged on bail but in connection with Phoolbagan P.S. Case No. 84 of 2026 dated 21st May, 2026 petitioner is not cooperating with the investigating authority and notices are not being complied with. 6. Pendency of aforesaid criminal prosecutions against the petitioner are not disclosed in this writ petition. 7. In view of pendency of aforesaid criminal prosecutions against the petitioner present writ petition is not interfered with and same stands dismissed. 8.
