The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused has filed a compliance affidavit dated 28.07.2026. Para 6 and 7 of the said compliance affidavit reads as under: "6. I state that the there is no interference or disturbance or any obstruction/hindrance caused to running of the school of the Complainant. Copy of the communication made by the Accused No.3 to the Accused No.4 Deputy Director of School Education dated 17.04.2026 directing strict Compliance of the - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010130952026 NC: 2026:KHC:39376-DB CCC No. 240 of 2026 order passed in Writ Petition No.14071 of 2024 (EDN-RES). The copy of the said communication dated 17.04.2026 along with English Translation is herewith produced as ANNEXURE R1. Pursuant to said communication received, the Accused No.5 has issued an Endorsement to the school dated 10.07.2026 intimating the compliance of the order dated 19.08.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.14071 of 2024(EDN-RES). The copy of the Endorsement dated 10.07.2026 along with English Translation is herewith produced as ANNEXURE - R2. 7. I further state that the reimbursement of expenditure under the provision of Right to Education of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 has also been sanctioned. The said payment has been paid the Complainants' school in two instalments dated 11.03.2026 and 25.03.2026." 3. In view of the above, the complaint is closed.
