This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of an applicant in S.A. No. 1016 praying for a direction upon the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Kolkata to dispose of the SARFAESI application expeditiously. 2. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that by an order passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata on July 31, 2026, the aforesaid SARFESI application has been transferred to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri. He submits that a direction be passed upon the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri to dispose of the said proceeding expeditiously. 3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a server copy of this order along with a copy of this application 2 upon the opposite parties or the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Tribunal forthwith. 4. After the SARFAESI application, upon transfer to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri is made ready for hearing, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri shall make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. With the aforesaid directions, the civil revisional application is disposed of. 6. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities. (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
