1. This civil revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for direction upon the Learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to dispose of Title Suit No.35527 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed the Written Notes of Argument on 19.11.2025 and the arguments of the plaintiffs have already been concluded and a date was fixed for passing orders.
3. From the order-sheet this Court finds that the Presiding Officer before whom, the plaintiffs advanced their argument, is not available and presently a different Presiding Officer has joined. This Court further finds that 14th September, 2026 is fixed for ex parte hearing of argument of the suit.

4. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties.
5. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta to take up the matter for ex parte argument of the suit on the next date fixed i.e. 14th September, 2026 and to dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible, but preferably by the end of the year 2026 without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
