In this contempt petition, notices were issued and it is directed to be listed along with WPC No. 3301 of 2025, accordingly, this contempt petition and writ petition both are listed at serial no. 17 and 18 of today’s cause list. 2. Dr. Sudeep Agrawal, learned counsel representing Public Services Commission would make the submission that though DPC was fixed for 15.08.2025 and on the said date the DPC was convened, however on the representation submitted by petitioner (herein) the DPC was adjourned and no recommendation was made as alleged in the contempt petition. 3. Perusal of contempt petition would show that petitioner has only mentioned that the DPC was convened and recommendation was made, however, no document or any proceedings have been filed. It appears that petitioner has filed this contempt petition only on the ground of convening of DPC meeting and under apprehension that recommendation has been made. 4. Considering the pleadings made in the contempt petition, and in particular the submission made by counsel representing Public Service Commission in writ petition, I do not find any good ground to continue with this contempt petition. 5.
