The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this court in W.P.No.21975/2025 (LA-BDA), whereby the court had directed the accused to consider the complainant's representation for allotment of an alternative site, preferably site No.1260, II block in Sri M. Visvesvaraya Layout, if available, free from encumbrances. Further, the court had also directed that in the event the said site is unavailable, respondent - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010115302026 NC: 2026:KHC:39916-DB CCC No. 208 of 2026 Nos.1 and 2 shall allot a site of equal dimensions in the same layout to the petitioner and the entire process of consideration and allotment shall be done within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the accused has filed a memo dated 28.07.2026 enclosing therewith an allotment letter of the site bearing No.B1-SL-2378 in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout. 3. In view of the above, we do not consider it apposite that any proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 are required to be initiated against the accused. The complaint is accordingly closed.
