To issue directions to the learned Magistrate in MMTC-V for the expeditious disposal of the said case i.e. in Crl.Misc.No.76/2024 and dispose the same within the outer limit of four weeks. 2. To issue any writ or direction or order as this Hon'ble Court might deem fit in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
