This writ petitioner has been filed by the petitioner for the direction upon the concerned respondents, particularly respondent No. 6 to correct the Jamabandi entry and open Jamabandi in the name of petitioner for Khata No.29, Plot No. 240, 341 of Area 3.5 acres of land at present of Khata No. 84, Plot No. 881, 884, 887, 845, 836, 315, 800, 897 and 5 of Mouza Dungikala, in view of order dated 10-10-2012 passed in Revenue Case No. 1195 of 1994 under section 87 of C.N.T Act, as above said plots have been shown part of State in last survey settlement. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is the grievance of the petitioner that the land was settled in the name of the petitioner and considering the same, there is report of the 2026:JHHC:9896 2 Revenue Authority to that effect, in spite of that, the land was not mutated in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that suffice it would be if a direction be issued to the Respondent No.6 Circle Officer, Balumath, District-Ranchi to open the Jamabandi in the name of the petitioner. 4. Counsel appearing for the State submits that petitioner should approach the Circle Officer, Balumath by a representation with all the documents, which are in favour of the petitioner, based on which, the petitioner is claiming his title over the land in question and then the Circle Officer, Balumath will take appropriate decision. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Balumath by filing a representation with all the necessary documents within four weeks and the Circle Officer, Balumath will examine all the documents and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, will pass appropriate order within 12 weeks after receipt of the representation. 6. If it is found that the Jamabandi can be opened in the name of the petitioner, the same will be done, or else, the reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner. 7.
