Backward Class Welfare Residential Institution Society, till the age of superannuation of 62 years in terms of G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022, whereunder the age of superannuation of Government Employees was enhanced to 62 years. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Court, in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch, had allowed the claims of similarly placed persons vide Order dated 29.01.2026, and no Appeal was filed therein. 3. Sri P. Ravi Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for R.3, does not dispute the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4. In the light of the submissions made and in terms of the Orders in W.P.No.4913 of 2024 and batch, dated 29.01.2026, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) The Petitioner shall be continued in service till the age of 62 years. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
