1. Heard Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Mishra, learned Advocate holding brief of Mr. Dev Kant Trigunait, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record.

The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of applicant's pending application dated 06.01.2026 seeking released/de-freezing of saving bank account No. 045090600000771 maintained with Yes Bank Ltd., Gulab Bagh Sigra Branch, Varanasi in connection with Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 342(1), 344 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Case Crime No. 83 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468 and 120-B of I.P.C., Police Station Chetganj, District Varanasi, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division-I), Varanasi, within stipulated time.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the aforesaid application is filed on 06.01.2026 and has not been decided till date. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the aforesaid application dated 06.01.2026 expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
