Despite repeated opportunities, the petitioner failed to produce any RRC issued against Respondent No. 3. 3. As no recovery proceedings are pending against Respondent No. 3, I do not find any valid reason to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby dismissed. 4.
