An interim order was passed in favour of petitioner, pursuant to which he continued to serve, however petitioner’s engagement was discontinued, based on a charge, vide order dated 9.8.2021, which is presently under challenge in a separate writ petition. (3) In such view of the matter, the relief claimed in this writ petition do not survive. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
