The only issue raised by the counsel for the petitioner is that despite having moved an application before the Trial court for recalling of the warrant, the Trial court is sitting over the matter and is not disposing the application. Whereas, the police agency is after him to force his arrest. 2. It is submitted that in the application yet the petitioner had given detailed reasons as to why he could not appear before the Trial court at the time of issuance of the summons or subsequent warrants. 3. Having regard to the limited prayer advanced by the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial court that the recall of warrant application, if any, laid by the petitioner, shall be considered in accordance with the law and correspondingly petitioner shall ensure that at the time of consideration of the recall application, the petitioner remain present before the Trial court enabling it dispose of his application in accordance with law. 4. Disposed of along with connected CrlM(s). 5. Copy of this order be forwarded to the Trial court for compliance.
