Learned senior counsel for the petitioner files the certified copy of the deposition of PW-4 and PW-5. Keep the same in the record. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023 arising out of S.T. Case No. 385 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. This is the second journey of the petitioner with the prayer for regular bail. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.09.2025 passed in B.A. No. 8095 of 2025. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the fresh ground is that in the meanwhile, five witnesses have been examined during the trial of the case and all of them have turned hostile and they have not supported the case of the prosecution. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that the co-accused persons, with similar allegations, have already been admitted to bail vide the orders dated 25.09.2025 passed in B.A. No. 8361 of 2025 and in B.A. No. 8269 of 2025 by this Court, the order dated 13.02.2025 in B.A. No. 1179 of 2025, the order dated 26.09.2024 in B.A. No. 8496 of 2024, the order dated 09.08.2024 in B.A. No. 5689 of 2024, the order dated 01.08.2024 in B.A. No. 5770 of 2024, the order dated 09.05.2024 in B.A. No. 3191 of 2024, the order dated 03.05.2024 in B.A. No. 2878 of 2024 and the order dated 22.04.2024 in B.A. No. 2220 of 2024 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is also submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 24.06.2025 as mentioned in para-26 of the instant bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023 arising out of S.T. Case No. 385 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case.
