Notice is served upon the counsel for the respondent before the Trial Court on 16.07.2026 and memo is filed to that effect.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned counsel for respondent is absent.
2. This transfer petition is filed by wife for transfer of MC.No.55/2025 filed by husband for divorce before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Belthangady to the Family Court, Bengaluru.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 01.05.2015 and they are blessed with 2 children on 04.06.2016 and 18.12.2018 and presently they are aged 9 and 7 years respectively. She along with children are staying in Bangalore. The petitioner stated that her grandmother is residing with her. Distance between both the

places is 309 kilometres and it is difficult for her to travel all the way. It is submitted that respondent is running cattle farming dairy, having cows and earning Rs.1.5 lakhs per month and he is having own house at Indabettu village.

Learned counsel for the respondent has not turned up.

Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for petitioner, in the absence of respondent arguments, this Court finds it reasonable to transfer MC.No.55/2025 filed by husband for divorce before the Principal Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Belthangady to the Family Court, Bengaluru. Ordered accordingly. In the result, the petition is allowed. In view of disposal of main petition IA filed for stay is closed. Sd/- (P SREE SUDHA) JUDGE
