1. Present MCC has been filed for restoration of Writ Petition (S) No.10511/2019, which was disposed of by this Court on 08.12.2025 passed in WPS No.10511 of 2019 and other connected matters.
2.

3. Perusal of the Order dated 08.12.2025, whereby aforesaid writ petitions were disposed of shows that, on the date of hearing Dr. Sanjay Guhey, the
3 then District Education Officer Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara was also present in person. He is present today also. Dr. Guhey submits that, due to mistake, an incorrect statement was made before the Court that the petitioners had already been granted promotion, whereas, in fact, the matter relating to their promotion was under consideration. He submits that the said statement was made inadvertently and tenders his apology for the same.
4.
