The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and quash the order dated 26.06.2021 (Annexure P/1) and direct the learned Court below to proceed as per the provisions of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the writ petition and direct the respondent authorities to compensate the petitioner which hosted around Rs. 50,000/- for the damage cost of standing crop and property. 10.4 That, any other relief/relief’s which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be allowed.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file appropriate proceedings if any exigency arises in future. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
