Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Contemnors has furnished a copy of the letter dated 19.06.2026 addressed by Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department to the Government Pleader for Finance, wherein it is mentioned that a net amount of Rs. 35,61,570/- has been cleared on 19.06.2026, vide Bill No. 2026-7832903 in compliance to the orders of this Court and requested to close the Contempt Case.
