THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE V.SUJATHA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 1073 OF 2026 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents/ contemnor for Contempt of Court for willful and deliberate disobedience in not comply the orders passed by this Court, dated 03.09.2025 in W.P.No.8853 of 2024. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Contemnors has furnished a copy of the letter dated 19.06.2026 addressed by Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department to the Government Pleader for Finance, wherein it is mentioned that a net amount of Rs. 35,61,570/- has been cleared on 19.06.2026, vide Bill No. 2026-7832903 in compliance to the orders of this Court and requested to close the Contempt Case. Recording the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed.
