Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record. 5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent police and on receipt of the same, the third respondent police is directed to verify as to the presence of any rival parties and in the absence of the same, grant necessary permission and protection for conduct of temple festival and if found the presence of rival parties, put the rival parties on notice and thereafter take necessary steps, facilitating the petitioner from conducting the temple festival. The said exercise should be concluded within 30.04.2026. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is dispose of.
