ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before the Court seeking the following prayer:
"(a) Issue a direction to the trial court to dispose off the IA.No.1, filed by the petitioner under Section 23 (1) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 for interim maintenance, pending on the file of the VII Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru in Crl.Misc.No.451/2022.
(b) Allow this Criminal Petition and grant such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the fact and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."
2. The proceedings are instituted by the present petitioner in the year 2022 and has been languishing before the concerned Court for the last 4 years. In the light of the

mandate of the statute that the proceedings must conclude within 6 months of its filing, the concerned Court shall endeavour to conclude the proceedings within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order if not earlier. The concerned Court shall also consider the application pending if any before passage of the final order.
3. Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
