They have filed a joint memo stating that the parties have settled the matter for an amount of Rs.3,60,000/-. The revision petitioner has already deposited an amount of Rs.2,02,500/- before the Trial Court and the respondent has already withdrawn the amount in deposit. The balance amount of Rs.1,57,500/- is payable on or before 29.08.2026. 2. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the criminal revision petition is disposed of.
