1. Heard Mr.Suddharth Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1, Mr.Harsh Verma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and Mr.Mukesh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
“i. To Quash the FIR No. 293/2023 dated 10th August 2023 registered at Police Station - Ambikapur Dehat (Gandhi Nagar), Ambikapur, District - Sarguja, Chhattisgarh against the Petitioners. ii. Pass any other relief order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the
facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for respondent No. 1/State submits that a closure report is being prepared in this case.
4. Considering the submissions made by learned State Counsel, the Court grants respondent No. 1 two weeks’ to file the closure report, if
3 any, before the concerned Court. The complainant is at liberty to take recourse to law if they are aggrieved by the closure report.
