CMP No.4735 of 2026 Learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record communication dated 13.04.2026, wherein it has been mentioned that in compliance of order passed by this Court in COPC No.1307/2025( in CWP No.15943/2025) and the subsequent clarification received from the Government, the Department has granted the higher pay scale upon completion of two years of regular service as a Clerk to the official pursuant to Rule 7(A) of the Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022, subject to the final outcome of LPA-71/2026-State of H.P. & Ors. vs. Sunil Kumar; and other legal recourse as available to the Department vide order No.FDS-H(B)-2-1/20201695-1705, dated 10.04.2026. Therefore, in view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present application and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
