This application has been filed praying for correction of the cause title of the Order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court Criminal Petition No. 364/2026. In title page of the said order, the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Rabiun Dutta instead of Rabin Dutta @ Robin Dutta. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the error stands corrected. Henceforth, the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the order dated 16.03.2026 passed by this Court Criminal Petition No. 364/2026 shall be read as Rabin Dutta @ Robin Dutta instead of Rabiun Dutta.
