ORDER:
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 23.06.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14393 of 2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.M.Krishna Reddy,
learned counsel for the respondent.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though this Court passed an order on 23.06.2025, but respondent not complied with the order of this Court and not disposed of the representation as directed by this Court within the stipulated period of four(4) months from the date of receipt of copy of the
order. Hence, the contempt case.
4. Pending the contempt case, learned counsel for the respondent furnished written instructions/order dated 11.05.2026 in compliance of the order of this Court. As such no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case.
5. Accordingly the contempt case is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance in respect of the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings. No order as to costs.
