As a result, it is stated that it has become necessary to incorporate averments in the petition relating to the assignee. 2. Only the sixth respondent is represented by counsel today. Learned counsel submits that he should be permitted to file a counter in response to the amended petition. 3. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is shown to allow the application for amendment. Such amendment does not alter the cause of action. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for.
