And In the matter of : Jamil Akhtar @ Lalbabu @ Lalbabu ……Petitioner. Mr. Arup Sarkar Mr. Sourav Mukherjee Mr. Gourav Roy ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Tirtheswar Das ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. Some of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail. One of the accused persons has been granted bail in connection with the instant case. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail, draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the injured. Statement of the injured reflects the name of Lalbabu. 2 Having regard to the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2066 of 2026 is dismissed. The Investigating Officer of the case is present in Court. His further appearance before this Court is dispensed with. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
