JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19246 WP No. 3178 of 2025 ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “A. issue writ of Mandamus and direct the respondents No.1 to 3, to consider the proposal Dt.07-11-2024 Vide Annexure-L ಸಂೆ: ಾ.ಅ ಮ/ೇ.ಅ./ಆ.ದಾಜು/90/2024 submitted by the 4th respondent on behalf of petitioner to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner, B. Grant such other or further relief/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case, including the cost of this proceedings, in the interest of justice.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Despite service of notice to respondent No.4 and 5, they have chosen to remain unrepresented and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his proposal dated 07.11.2024 at Annexure - L submitted by respondent No.4 on behalf of petitioner to respondent Nos.1 to 3 has not been - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19246 WP No. 3178 of 2025 considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in addition to the proposal/representation submitted by respondent No.4, vide Annexure L dated 07.11.2024 on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner would submit additional/fresh/new representation within 4 weeks from today and respondent Nos.1 to 3 may be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, take appropriate decision within a stipulated time frame. 5. Submission is placed on record. 6. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said proposal. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh/new/representation along with relevant documents which shall be considered by respondent Nos.1 to 3 bearing in mind the proposal at Annexure - L dated 07.11.2024 submitted by respondent No.4 on behalf of the petitioner and take - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19246 WP No. 3178 of 2025 appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
